About the wine

From the old school of Priorat, Toni Sanchez is a classically trained winemaker "gone rogue," according to Sierra from Percy Selections, driven by a passion for terroir and soil health, rather than bothering with stiff DOQ regulations and classifications. Here we have a wine made from 100% Garnatxa from pre-phylloxera vines grown on a distinct type of slate called "licorella." Hand-harvested, fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 18 months in old barrels. Zero/zero.
