The Details

From the Luberon, this is 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment 30% whole-bunch, 70% destemmed for 30 days prior to pressing to neutral barrel for 1 year élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
