The Details
The only wine produced by Vigna San Lorenzo, 'Col Tamarie' is a co-ferment of several local grape varieties including Bianchetta, Grapariol, & Glera (base grape of Prosecco). Following a short maceration, the juice is pressed and completes spontaneous fermentation prior to a 10-month maturation. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
