Moscato and Assyrtico grown over basaltic soils with volcanic rock near the Aegean Sea. Grapes hand-harvested and direct pressed into stainless steel. Aged for 9 months in old wood. No SO2.

Made in collaboration between Jason Ligas and Vin des Potes.
