100% Krakhuna, with no maceration, fermented in bins and rested in traditional Georgian qvevri. Truly old school, with no additions whatsoever. No skin contact, but you could be forgiven for thinking it was as the color is green-gold and slightly cloudy. Intense, fresh orange blossom on the nose. High acid and high tannin, with oregano, honey-drenched apricots and seaweed notes on the palate (specific but trust me.) Mouthwatering finish.
