The Details
This is a crisp and creamy sparkler from Vittorio Graziano who works 5 hectares of vines in the town of Castelvetro di Modena which is located in Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
Tasting Notes: An aromatic delight with lip-smacking freshness. Meyer Lemon peel and pulp center the wine's citric bouquet. A creamy and gastronomic sparkler from Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification: 2 types of local Trebbiano plus three mystery grapes. Grapes are de-stemmed, followed by a direct press. The wine ferments in fiberglass containers. After a racking off the lees with 10 g of residual sugar left in the must, the wine is bottled, where it re-ferments in bottle. Unfined, unfiltered.
