The Details
100% Garganega from biodynamically cultivated vines in Gamebellara in the Veneto on volcanic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested from 58 year-old vines and macerate for 8 days on the skins before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months in neutral barrique before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
