About the wine

An experimental cuvée of 100% biodynamically cultivated Pinot Blanc from the lieu-dit of Fonnet. Spontaneous fermentation is followed by aging in a combination of French oak barrels and amphorae before bottling and aging sur latte. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
