About the wine

FKA "Baden Nouveau," the Grand Ordinaire is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Grapes are hand harvested from a vineyard near Staufen, and fermented with wild yeasts using carbonic maceration. Matured in old barrel for a short period before bottling unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
