The Details
From the first certified organic (and second certified biodynamic!) wine farm in Hungary, this is Wassmann's monovarietal Kékfrankos rosé pét-nat. Grapes are hand-harvested from biodynamically cultivated 19-21 year-old vines planted to clay / limestone soils. Destemmed and pressed 2 hours later, the free run juice spontaneously ferments in 1000L steel tanks before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Ancestral method sparkler! Undisgorged as well.
