The Details

100% Grüner from 30 year-old vines grown on the right bank of the Danube river in northeast Austria. Directly pressed, the wine spontaneously ferments and enjoys a short maturation in stainless steel tank prior to being bottled unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal added SO2. 12.5%ABV
