The Details

100% Spätburgunder from biodynamically cultivated in the Rheinhessen's limestone/quartzite soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, and spontaneously ferment 90% destemmed, 10% whole-cluster in neutral barrel prior to a 24 month élevage also in neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
