The Details

100% Weissburgunder from orgnanically cultivated vines in the Rheinhessen. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation and 1 years' élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
