The Details

Charmat method sparkler of biodynamically cultivated Dornfelder/Blauer Portugieser from the Rheinhessen in Germany. Grapes are hand-harvested from young vines planted to clay/limestone/sandy soils. A short maceration is followed by pressing and spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
