100% biodynamically cultivated, old-vine Morillon (Chardonnay) from opok soils (limestone rich, highly-compacted clay soils typical of this area of Southern Styria in Austria). Directly pressed the juice spontaneously ferments in large neutral oak. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. 13%ABV
