The Details
Weinviertel, Austria— Otherworldly Gruner from Nicole and Daniel Schrammel aka Schrammel 2.0. Rounder and bolder than other styles of this varietal— notes of crisp golden apple, white peach and chamomile with a super fun and fresh mouth-feel. This would appeal to fans of Chenin Blanc etc…
Daniel on this wine: “This wine matured in barrels made with local acacia wood from trees grown in the same conditions as the vines in the vineyards – a symbolic union happening in the depths of the cellar.”
