100% Pinot Noir from a CdN Villages plot not far from Nuits-Saint-Georges. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneously fermented for several weeks prior to pressing. Aging in vat for 1 year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.1% ABV
