About the wine

85% Glera, 15% Chardonnay from the rolling hills of the Veneto's Marca Trevigiana. The wine spontaneously ferments in stainless steel tanks followed by a second fermentation with native yeasts. Unfined, coarsefly filtered, bottled under crown-cap. Minimal added SO2. 11% ABV
