Zumo (how you say "juice" in Spain) is a collaboration of wife and husband Georgia Staples and Diego Luis Perez in Northern California. 

Varieites: Mostly Granacha blended with Muscat Canelli from First Generation Farm in Knightsen, CA. 

Region: Sheldon Hills, Lodi

Vinification: Foot Stomped, whole cluster. Short maceration. Fermented in barrel.
