Collection: Basket Range Winery

Phillip Broderick has been growing grapes at Basket Range, in the Adelaide Hills, since 1980. A small vineyard was planted focusing on mainly Bordeaux varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot.  In 2000 as a family we moved up the hill next door and planted a larger vineyard of ten acres, comprising Bordeaux varieties and Pinot Noir, later including Saperavi and Chardonnay.

Their sons, Louis and Sholto are making wine, increasing the range and have taken on much of the viticulture, introducing or building upon new and existing methods of farming, organically.
