A non-vintage, high-elevation, Andalucían, sun-dried dessert wine from Sedella in the Montés de Málaga. Old-vines of Moscatel biodynamically farmed, grapes are hand-harvested, dried, stomped and pressed to amphora for sponataneous fermentation prior to aging in neutral oak. Several vintages of the wine are blended prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 in 375mL.
