(Still-Wine despite the crown-cap) Moscatel & Pedro Ximenez from Málaga in Southern spain grown at very high-elevation. Grapes are hand-harvested, very gently pressed, and spontaneously ferment in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Bone dry, salty, fresh & light.
