The Details

100% Gaglioppo, the "principal" red grape of Calabria. A Vita are situated between the Ionian Sea and Sila Mountains on the East coast of the region, traditionally referred to as the arch of Italy's boot. Delicious, pure Mediterranean Rosato from a grape that, when bled into a rosé like this, shows off the savory elements of its character without the intensity of windswept heat a pure red can sometimes carry.
