Sauvignon Blanc, Menu Pineau, and Grolleau from organically cultivated vines in Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested, pneumatically pressed and spontaneously ferment in tank prior to a short aging also in tank. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5% ABV
