About the wine

Made in collaboration with Salvador Batlle (Cosmic Vinyaters), this is a co-fermented rosado crafted from Monastrell (60% of the cépage) & Xarello (remaining 40%) whose vines are biodynamically cultivated in the clay/limestone soils outside the village of Serra del Monmell, a 40 minutes' drive upland from the Catalonian port city of Tarragona. The grapes co-macerate for 12 hours prior to pressing to stainless steel tank where co-fermentation completes. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
