100% Merlot from 95+ year-old vines from a minuscule backyard plot in the Veneto. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 7 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel tank for 10-12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5%ABV
