The Details

As small a production as you're likely to find, this is from literally 2 rows of vines in a 0.1HA plot. A field-blend of 7+ old Venetian varieties (red + white) that are co-planted in the rows. 2-day semi-carbonic maceration prior to pressing and spontaneous fermentation/aging in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
