The Details

Organically cultivated Zweigelt that whole-bunch co-ferments with crushed Sauvignon skins & mash for 2 weeks in stainless steel prior to pressing to neutral oak & stainless steel for a 6 month maturation. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10ppm) added SO2.
