Penedés, Catalonia.
Parellada, Sumoll Blanc, Garnatxa Blanca, Moscatell from organically farmed vineyards. Spontaneous fermentation/maceration for 5 days prior to pressing and the completion of alcoholic fermentation in underground concrete tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (30ppm) added SO2 at bottling. 10%ABV
“Brisa” means pomace in Catalan, hence “Brisat” is the traditional term for skin-contact wines in the Penedés area.
