Macabeu, Xarel-lo, Garnatxa Blanca, Malvasia hand-harvested from 25-year old vines in the Penedes. Grapes are directly pressed into 15,000L stainless steel tank where the juice ferments into wine over the course of 30 days. Unfined, the wine sees a soft paper filtering to remove tartaric particles. Minimal SO2 at bottling.
