The Details
100% Chenin from the Loire Valley. Hand-harvested, fermented using indigenous yeasts, no fining, filtering or added SO2.
Round, creamy, rich without being heavy. Lovely acidity. A fresh, every day white or one to hold on to and cellar for a few months. WE LOVE BABASS.
