ORANGE MAG!!! 100% Gewürztraminer from Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster stomped and crushed and allowed to macerate for ~10 days with pigeage x2 a day prior to pressing to neutral 38hL foudre for the completion of spontaneous fermentation and about 6 months sur lie before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.2% ABV
