The Details

100% Riesling from Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York. Grapes are hand-harvested and crushed for an overnight soak prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in 36 hL oak foudre and élevage for 8 months thereafter sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
