The Details
Seneca Lake, NY. The second vintage of this particular cuvée, this time 100% Gewurzatraminer coming out of a colder, wetter vintage. The grapes are fermented whole cluster with wild yeasts, then foot crushed and pressed into old barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
