The Details
Wild-fermented California cider made from foraged and dry-farmed apples. From the cidermaker. Red Gravenstein apples pressed and aged in neutral oak for about six weeks. Dosaged with fresh pressed juice, after which the cider is bottle conditioned for three months. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
