The Details

All the grapes from the Grand Cru Frankstein plot. Rare and delicious from Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace. Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir. Directly pressed, spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrel for 12-16 months prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
