From Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace --- this is Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Auxerrois, & Gewürztraminer from a single site (Rittersberg). Grapes are all directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for 12-16 months in neutral barrel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13%ABV
