The Details

Biodynamically cultivated Muscat, Pinot Noir, & Pinot Gris from Dambach. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 12 hours before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in vat and finished in bottle a la ancestral method to capture bubbles. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
