The Details
From old-vineyards in Laubenhutt and Blettig, this is biodynamically cultivated Sylvaner (40%), Pinot Blanc (40%), Auxerrois (10%) and Pinot Gris (10%). Grapes are hand-harvested and pneumatically pressed without crushing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral cask for 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
