The Details

Riesling / Pinot Gris / Pinot Noir biodynamically cultivated in three terroirs (granitic, sandy, stony). Grapes are hand-harvested and pneumatically pressed to neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation and 10 month élevage before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
