The Details

100% old-vine Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer, Riesling biodynamically cultivated on granitic/sandy/stony soils with a southern exposure. Grapes are hand-harvested and pneumatically pressed without crushing - long and smooth pressing - Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 1 year thereafter in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
