The Details
A delightful red from Benoît, this vintage of Coulée is monovarietal Grolleau as opposed to Grolleau dashed with Aunis. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented after a short maceration. Élevage lasts 6-9 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
