Younger vines on decomposed schistous soils in Faye d'Anjou, Loire. Grapes are hand-harvested, and directly pressed whole-cluster to large foudre for spontanoues fermentation. Wine ages for 6-9 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
