The Details

From an 80 year old, dry-farmed vineyard on the border with California, called Rancho Camacho, it’s one of winemaker Noel Tellez’s favorites. The vineyard is planted with a mix of different varieties, one of which is Carignan, that goes to this bottling. The wine is aged in stainless and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
