The Details
90% Syrah and 10% Garnacha, grown on limestone soil and co-fermented. Fully destemmed and macerated for six days, rested in stainless steel for 5 months. Zero additions. In the words of Spike Lee's Mookie: This is the JUICE, man. The nose is red gummy bears and summer Otter Pops, with a hint of June's mulberries. The palate is a kaleidoscope of black and blue fruit, with a touch of soda pop. Drink this pretty cold and pretty fast - it could turn a little mousy after a few hours.
