The Details

100% Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) biodynamically cultivated in the Pfalz on limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tank prior to a short aging in neutral vessel on the fine lees. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
