About the wine

100% Ull de Llebre (tr.: "Hare's Eye," aka Tempranillo). Gobelet vines, planted in 1992 in the clay/loam/limestone soils of Cal Rosell de La Serra. 95% destemmed, 5% whole-bunch, 15-day maceration in stainless steel with daily pumpovers. Pressed and finishes spontaneous fermentation in inox. The wine rests for 1 year in vessel and at least a year and a half in bottle prior to release. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.17%ABV
