This is another hit from 

Progetto Calcarius, a collaboration between the winemakers Valentina Passalacqua and Danilo Marcucci who oversee a very large acreage under vine around Valentina's hometown of Arpicena, which sits at the foot of the Gargano Mountains in Puglia, Southeast Italy.
Tasting Notes: Light and fresh with a stony core, this is summery, lemon-lime soda. A beautiful orange sparkler that is the tart lip-smacking companion your favorite fried food was looking for.

Vinification: Skin contact pet nat. 100% Bombino Bianco from Puglia. Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. The juice ferments on the skins for a few days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is transferred to bottle to finish as an orange petnat. The wine is not disgorged and zero sulfur is added.
