About the wine

10% Coda di Volpi. Macerated on the skins for a couple of days, then racked into old casks for 9 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.

The Producer: Cantina Giardino

Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola are on a mission to discover ancient vineyards in the elevated hills of Campania's Irpinia region. They are dedicated to promoting and safeguarding the local grape varieties, as well as preserving the traditional methods of vine cultivation. Their philosophy is simple: they believe in allowing the unique characteristics of the terroir to shine through in their wines.
