About the wine

Falanghina, Coda di Volpe and Greco. Each grape is vinified separately and is macerated on the skins for 4 days. The juice is then pressed, blended and racked to old chestnut barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.

The Producer: Cantina Giardino

Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola are on a mission to discover ancient vineyards in the elevated hills of Campania's Irpinia region. They are dedicated to promoting and safeguarding the local grape varieties, as well as preserving the traditional methods of vine cultivation. Their philosophy is simple: they believe in allowing the unique characteristics of the terroir to shine through in their wines.
